Physiotherapy

An initial assessment is required. Initial assessments are 60 minutes long and follow up sessions are between 30-60 minutes long. Physiotherapy, or physical therapy, helps people move better, reduce pain, and get back to their normal activities. It uses exercises, hands-on techniques, and special tools to treat different problems like muscle and nerve issues.

Vincent completed his Master of Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia after graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University. He has experience working in a wide variety of settings from acute hospital care to neurological rehab, to competitive sports. He enjoys meeting new people and works collaboratively with his patients to help them reach their goals. His treatment approach focuses on education, manual therapy, and exercise prescription.

Wilfred obtained his Doctor of Physiotherapy degree from the University of Melbourne following a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Melbourne. He utilizes an exercise-based approach and employs manual therapy techniques and IMS/dry needling to help clients recover and return to activities quickly. Wilfred has worked in several clinical settings and has a keen interest in treating fractured/broken bones, all shoulder conditions, post-surgical clients and he was a competitive swimmer so can support those on the same journey.
